Sunday Gathering

At Light Chapel, we deeply value the gathering of God’s people. Every Sunday at 10am, we come together as a church to worship God, be challenged and encouraged by His Word, and build meaningful community. Our Sunday services are for everyone—young and old—coming together as His church.

We also run Church for Kids as part of our Sunday gathering. See the section below for more details.

Light Kids

During our Sunday gatherings, we run Church for Kids alongside the main service, providing a fun and engaging space for your child to grow in their faith.

Kids Church runs across 4 age group every Sunday during the school term.

LITTLE LIGHTS – 1-3 Year olds

SPARK – 4-6 Year olds

GLOW – 7-9 Year olds

NOVA – 10-12 Year olds

Sign-in opens at 9:45 AM

When you arrive at Light Chapel, simply follow the banners in the foyer to sign in.

Little Lights Playgroups

Little Lights Playgroups are designed for children aged 0-5, providing a fun, play-based environment where both kids and adults can connect, meet new people, and build friendships.

We run a variety of playgroups across southeast Melbourne. For more information, email [email protected].

LC YOUTH

LC – Youth is the high-school community of Light Chapel.

We meet every Friday night during the school term from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM at 1330 Ferntree Gully Rd, Scoresby 3179.

All year 7-12 students are welcome!

Gathering Events

Light Chapel hosts gathering events throughout the year to foster friendship and community. From young adults events, to over 70’s events. We would love for you to join us at one of our events soon!

Clubs

Light Chapel Clubs are our groups that gather to build friendships and do life together!
We have a range of clubs — from interest-based to devotional. Whether you’re looking to build deeper connections within the church or play a game of basketball once a month, we could have a club for you.

Discipleship Circles

Discipleship Circles are Bible-teaching groups open to anyone—across all generations and stages of faith—who want to intentionally grow in their understanding of God and the Scriptures. Circles run at different times, locations, and frequencies.
